For this reason, we offer a 14-DAY RETURN POLICY to ensure peace of mind.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Hygiene Restrictions: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns of exchanges on earrings.
Color Accuracy: The actual color of items may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen due to differences in device displays.
RETURNS - ITEM NOT FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT
If the item you received is as ordered but you wish to return it, please email our customer service team at vastraavattar@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include details such as your name, order number, and the reason for your return. We will confirm the return process via email.

Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it’s in good condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
RETURNS - ITEM FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT
If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please email vastraavattar@gmail.com within 14 days, including your name, order number, photos of the issue, and a brief explanation. We will confirm the return process by email.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with any tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm the issue and process your refund.
